Your AI Journey exists because we saw a gap. On one side, enterprise consultancies offering strategy documents that cost a fortune and gather dust. On the other, AI agencies building automations without understanding the business behind them. Neither approach works for growing organisations that need both the thinking and the doing.

We bridge that gap. Our team brings over two decades of experience in strategy, governance, and complex change across government, financial services, energy, automotive, and e-commerce.

Meet Deidré Luzmore:

Founder and AI Transformation Strategist

I founded my first business in e-commerce in South Africa in 2011. I launched an e-commerce marketplace in a market before e-commerce was accepted, safe, and easy to use. We were a small team of four, and we achieved things I’m still proud of. But because we were ahead of the curve, it was far from easy. We were always busy. Always stretched. I know what it feels like to run a growing business where there are never enough hours, never enough hands, and every efficiency gain matters.

From there, I spent 15 years helping large organisations navigate complex change. I’ve sat in meeting rooms at Jaguar Land Rover, Lloyds Banking Group, BP, and UK government departments, leading programmes in agile transformation, digital delivery, risk management, and governance. I’ve trained almost 1000 professionals and built communities of practice from the ground up. I hold an Executive MBA, MIT’s Applied Gen AI for Digital Transformation certification, and I’m an ISO 42001 Lead Implementor for AI management systems.

I’ve always moved early. I launched e-commerce in South Africa before the market was ready for it. And in 2023, when most business leaders were still asking what ChatGPT was, I’d already signed up for my first Pro LLM account because I could see this technology would reshape how businesses operate. Spotting what’s coming next and helping organisations get ready for it is what I’ve done my entire career.

Then I founded Your AI Journey because I could see the same pattern everywhere: businesses realising AI matters, but they don’t know where to start. And the consultants offering to help are either selling strategy without delivery or building automations without understanding the business. I’ve done both. I can architect the strategy, manage the risk, build the solution, and bring your team with me. That's what makes this work.

This isn’t a pivot for me from digital transformation to AI. It’s an evolution towards AI Transformation. Everything I’ve done across agile, change management, governance, and digital transformation has led here. I’m building Your AI Journey with the same energy I had when I founded my first startup, but with decades of hard-won experience behind it.
