You retain responsibility for how you use our services. We provide tools, strategy, and expertise, but the decisions you make with them remain yours. Acceptable use means you won't attempt to reverse engineer our systems, use them for unlawful purposes, or circumvent security measures we've put in place. Your data and your team's data must be handled with the care it deserves.

Our liability has limits, as does yours. We cannot be held responsible for indirect damages, lost profits, or consequential losses arising from service use. We provide our AI training, readiness assessments, and strategy workshops on an as-is basis. While we stand behind our work, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes in your business transformation.

Intellectual property created during our engagement belongs to you. The methodologies, frameworks, and approaches we develop together are yours to use. We retain rights to our underlying technology and general knowledge we bring to the table. If either party terminates this agreement, your obligations continue regarding confidential information and intellectual property.

We may modify these terms with notice. Service interruptions happen occasionally for maintenance and improvements.
